To create this layout you will need:

• Homestead Paper Pack or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Homestead Laser Cut Embellishments or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Homestead Laser Cut Borders or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• 12-inch Trimmer or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Tape Runner or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Repositionable Tape Runner or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Foam Squares or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Brown Dual-Tip Pen or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)

Step 1: Use the reclaimed wood texture paper as the base for this layout.

Step 2: Cut a piece from the light plaid paper to measure 4″ x 12″. Adhere to the left edge of the layout.

Step 3: Adhere three laser-cut borders atop of the light plaid paper.

Step 4: Cut two photo mats from the black plaid paper to measure 6-1/4″ x 4-1/4″. Adhere two photos that measure 6″ x 4″. Adhere to the layout.

Step 5: Cut two pieces from the brown leather paper to measure 3-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ and 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″. Adhere these pieces behind the square decorative wooden window frame laser-cut embellishments. Adhere larger square to the upper-left of the layout and the smaller square along the bottom-right side of the layout so that it hangs off the edge. Cut the piece off using a scissors, and adhere along the top-right of the layout.

Step 6: Cut 1/2″ strips that are varying lengths for the journal strips. Adhere to the layout. Journal as desired.

Step 7: Adhere the “Life” embellishment to the layout, fussy cutting around it with a scissors. 

Step 8: Adhere the remaining embellishments using Foam Squares on some for added dimension.
