“Ev’ry heart beats true
‘neath the Red, White and Blue”
Have you ever wondered why America salutes the hues of red, white and blue? Well, it has been said that Charles Thomson, Secretary of the Continental Congress, explained that those shades have a lot of significance — red signifying hardiness and valor, white representing purity and innocence and blue denoting vigilance, perseverance and justice. And this patriotic palette has clearly stood the test of time! Check out the stars-and-stripes power from Home Office’s Product Development Creative Manager Noreen Smith with this USA themed scrapbook layout!
