Decorate Your Birthday Memories
Streamers and banners aren’t just for decorating parties, they’re perfect for adding some cheer and celebration to your birthday layouts! The Birthday Jubilee Layered Borders give you enough options to deck out your spreads as much as you want. Keep reading to see how to add a touch of whimsy to your birthday memories.

To create this layout you will need:
- Birthday Jubilee Designer Paper Pack or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Birthday Jubilee Layered Borders or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Blue Solid Cardstock or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- 12-inch Trimmer or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Tape Runner or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Repositionable Tape Runner or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Foam Squares Variety Pack or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- All-Purpose Scissors or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Navy Dual-Tip Pen (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)

Step 1: Use a piece of dots paper as the base of the layout.
Step 2: Cut one piece from confetti paper to measure 12” x ½”. Adhere along the bottom edge of the layout.
Step 3: Cut a piece of bursts paper to measure 12” x 4”. Adhere just above the previous piece.
Step 4: Cut another piece of confetti paper to measure 12” x ¼”. Adhere just above the previous piece.
Step 5: Cut three photo mats from Blue Cardstock to measure (2) 3-1/2” x 4” and (1) 4” x 4”. Adhere just above the previous piece.
Step 6: Cut another piece from the confetti paper to measure ¼” x 12”. Adhere just above the photo mats.
Step 7: Cut a piece of plaid paper to measure 12” x 2-1/2”. Adhere just above the confetti strip.
Step 8: Cut another strip of confetti paper to measure 12” x ¼”. Adhere along the top edge of the layout.
Step 9: Layer and adhere the Layered Borders to the layout. Cut off any excess with a scissors.
Step 10: Cut a piece from the bursts paper to measure 3-3/4” x ¾”. Adhere to the upper right of the layout for journaling.
Step 11: Journal as desired.
