Bold Arches and Timeless Details Bring Your Memories to Life

To create this layout, you will need:

Step 1: Use cream/aqua patterned designer paper for the base of the layout.

Step 2: Place the base on the 13″ Mat, then place a ruler horizontally and draw light pencil lines at 3-1/2″, 4″, 4-1/2″ and 5″.

Step 3: Using the rust designer paper, cut a circle ring using the outside of the medium circle with the blue blade first, then the red. Cut the ring in half. Adhere 1/2 of the circle ring along the top of the 4″ pencil line approximately 1″ from the right side of the layout.

Step 4: Adhere the other half of the ring along the bottom of the 4-1/2″ pencil line, aligning with the top ring.

Step 5: Using the dark teal designer paper, cut a circle ring using the outside of the large CCS circle with the blue blade first, then the red. Cut in half. Trim 1/4″ from each end of the arches. Place over the top of the previous rings, along the top of the 3-1/2″ pencil line.

Step 6: Adhere the other half along the bottom of the 5″ pencil line, aligning with the top one.

Step 7: Using the trimmer, cut two strips that measure 1/4″ x 12″ from the rust and dark teal designer papers. Adhere along the pencil lines, then trim off any excess with scissors.

Step 8: Erase any pencil lines still showing.

Step 9: Adhere a 4-1/2″ x 3-1/4″ mat to the upper-right side of the spread.

Step 10: Cut a piece from the dark brown patterned designer paper to measure 4-1/2″ x 6-3/4″. Adhere below the teal strip, aligning with the mat on the top.

Step 11: Cut photo mats from the aqua designer paper to measure (1) 4″ x 6″ and (2) 3-1/4″ x 4-1/4″. Adhere to the layout.

Step 12: Adhere photos that measure (1) 3-3/4″ x 5-3/4″ and (2) 3″ x 4″.

Step 13: Using the small CCS circle, cut a circle from brown grunge designer paper on the outside with a blue blade. Adhere between the top circle arcs.

Step 14: Using the small CCS circle, cut a photo using the outside with the red blade. Adhere the photo using Foam Squares.

Step 15: Add Foiled Rub-Ons where desired.

Step 16: Adhere stickers and embellishments, adding Foam Squares on some for added dimension.

Step 17: Journal along the arcs of the circle rings as desired.
