Finished an album this month? Now’s the perfect time to head over to the Virtual Crop Group and show it off during the August Completed Album Challenge! If you need inspiration to get those last few pages done, check out the layout below to document your favorite memories!

Once you have completed your album (it does not need to be from start to finish in August, just completed in August), make a short video flipping through each of the pages in your newly completed album to share. Then, post your video in the Virtual Crop Group with the hashtag #CompletedAugust2026 by Sept. 6 at 11:59pm CT (AU: 7 Sept. at 2:59pm AET) for the chance to win!

To create this layout, you will need:

Step 1: Use a sheet of Bright White Cardstock as the base.

Step 2: Use Place and Peel Tape around the outer edges of the Festive Burst Stencil. Place the stencil 2-1/2″ from the top and against the left edge, then stencil the burst with Dandelion Ink.

Step 3: Move the stencil to the right edge and repeat the previous steps, then stencil the middle burst.

Step 4: Adhere your Place and Peel Tape around a series of dots, then stencil them with Summer Sky Ink above the bursts, moving the stencil across the page as necessary.

Step 5: Cut two 12″ x 1-3/4″ pieces of the blue bursts designer paper and two 12″ x 1/4″ pieces of canary stripes designer paper. Place the bottom blue piece 1/2″ from the bottom.

Step 6: Adhere two 6″ x 4″ photos above your first blue bursts paper strip, and then add the other blue bursts paper above. Place the canary stripe paper strips above and below the blue bursts.

Step 7: Adhere blue border stickers next to the canary stripes paper and on top of the blue bursts. Place the “You Are My Sunshine” laser embellishment 1/2″ above the photo and 1-1/2″ from the left edge. The stenciled burst background adds a lot of interest to this embellishment!

Step 8: Finish by adding stickers as shown, use foam squares as desired for added dimension,

Step 9: Journal as desired.
