Step 1: Cut (10) 4″ x 1″ strips of a variety of designer papers (set two aside) and two 4″ x 1-1/4″ strips of pumpkin paper. Adhere in a row along the left side of the layout, 3/4″ in from the left edge as shown. Apply a vine border sticker along the right side of the row of strips.

Step 2: Using the Garland Border Maker Cartridge, punch two borders with the green patterned paper. Trim each border to measure 1-1/4″ x 12″. Cut two 1-1/4″ x 12″ strips of brown patterned paper and mount underneath the punched borders. Then, mat each border on strips of striped patterned paper that measure 1-1/2″ x 12″. Adhere both borders across the middle of both pages.

Step 3: Cut a piece of orange patterned paper to measure 4-1/2″ x 6-1/2″. Mat a vertical 4″ x 6″ photo on it and adhere to the right side of the layout as shown. Add four 6″ x 4″ photos to the layout as shown.

Step 4: Notch the two remaining strips to create “flags” and adhere to the top right edge of the layout. Add stickers (some with Foam Squares) and journal as desired.

  1. I love that the focus is on the pictures with just enough decorations to compliment them. Plus I am always happy to see a 2 page spread.
