Stay Spook-tacular with this De-fright-fully Quick & Easy Halloween Scrapbook Layout

Your camera is about to be working overtime thanks to all the cute costumes you’ll be seeing for Halloween, and you might wake up on November 1 surrounded by candy wrappers and photographs. With the holiday season right around the corner, you want to stay organized and get these photos in a layout before you get too busy. Want ideas for a quick Halloween scrapbook layout? In Australia, Halloween is slowly becoming more popular, and when we moved into our family-filled neighborhood eight years ago we had trick-or-treaters for the first time ever. Now, we expect kids in costumes to visit for sweet treats on October 31 and our girls love to get dressed up for the occasion!

If you’re like me, with a backlog of photos featuring spooky costumes from the last few years, this de-fright-fully quick and easy Halloween-theme scrapbook layout is going to help you catch up on scrapping your All Hallows Eve pictures!

The treats you’ll need to create this layout are:

It’s not tricky to complete this layout; you’ll have it done in four freakishly fast steps and be back to bobbing for apples in no time!

Step 1: Use one sheet of light orange Pumpkin Spice patterned paper for your base.

Step 2: Trim one 4″ x 12″ strip of jack-o’-lantern paper, one 7-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ rectangle of black bats paper and one 4-1/2″ x 6-1/2″ rectangle of orange polka-spiders paper. Adhere all pieces as shown.

Step 3: Adhere three photos to the layout as shown.

Step 4: Adhere stickers to the layout as shown, some with Foam Squares. Draw a line of spider silk above the spider stickers with the Black Dual-Tip Pen. Trim a vine border sticker with scissors to fit on the page and tuck the cut ends behind the right-hand photo and the orange photo mat.
